We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Delivery to remote or restricted areas may be subject to additional time or charges, depending on the courier’s service availability.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of customized orders or bulk purchases, processing time may be extended.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time depends on your location and the product’s availability:

5. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods.
For other products, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Any additional handling or logistics fees (for heavy or fragile items) will be communicated in advance.
6. Packaging and Handling
We take utmost care in packaging all refurbished equipment to prevent damage during transit.
Each item is securely packed with protective material and labeling.
Sensitive medical hardware is shockproof packed with anti-static protection.
All shipments include an invoice and, where applicable, warranty details.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using this tracking number.

8. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to:

9. Damage or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please:
Take clear photos of the package and product immediately upon receipt.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
We will investigate and arrange for replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of products transfers to you once the order is shipped.
However, risk of damage or loss during transit remains with RS Retail until delivery is confirmed.
