This Refund & Return Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund, replacement, or return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, cables, manuals, and invoice.

  • ⚠️ Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been tampered with or altered after delivery.

  • Items with broken warranty seals or missing components.

  • Items damaged due to electrical surges, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair.

  • Customized or special-order items made specifically for your requirement.

  • Consumables or accessories (e.g., cables, connectors) unless defective.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Contact our team at info@rsretail.co.in within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order ID, invoice, and photos/video showing the defect or issue.

  • Our technical team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

If the issue qualifies for return/replacement, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and pickup instructions.

5. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our service team will:

  • Inspect and test the item.

  • Verify the reported defect or issue.

  • Approve or reject the refund/replacement based on the inspection outcome.

The process usually takes 3–5 business days after receiving the item.

6. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or to your bank account in case of offline orders).

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If your product was eligible for replacement, we will ship the replacement unit within 3–7 business days of approval.

7. Replacement Policy (DOA)

If your product arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) or fails to function properly within 7 days of delivery, we will arrange:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A repair (if replacement stock is unavailable).

The DOA claim must be supported with photos, unboxing video (if available), and a brief description of the issue.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 working days.

9. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), RS Retail will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For any other reason (buyer’s remorse, accidental order, etc.), the buyer will bear the return courier charges.

10. Warranty Coverage

Some refurbished products come with a limited warranty period (typically 3–6 months, depending on product type).
Warranty details are mentioned on product pages or invoices.
Warranty covers only hardware issues due to normal use, not damages caused by mishandling or unauthorized repairs.
